What are the shipping costs at JLM Lubricants?
Shipping costs at orders under € 45,- vary by country. To see the shipping cost of your country, you can enter your country under "my chart."
Shipping on orders above € 45,- are FREE OF CHARGE!
 

How many days will it take for my order to be delivered to my home?
We like to deliver as soon as possible.
When you order on weekdays before 16:00, the packet will be send same day 
Ordered later as 16.00? Then the packet will be send the next day.
 

How can I pay?
To make you as easy as possible, you have the choice to pay in different ways. You could pay with iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard, MisterCash or with a Bank transfer. 
 

Can I get my money back when I retour an order?
You can choose to exchange the product for another product, or to get refunded the order amount minus the shipping costs on your bank account.
 

Do you have all of your products in stock?
We have all our products in our stock. Hence we can deliver quickly.  
 

May I return my order?
Do you want the exchange or return a product? That is also possible!
At JLM Lubricants you have 14 days the time to return an order.
When you decide to exchange the product, the shipping costs are for the customer. The new product will be send within one day.

Report this within five days of receiving the product to us. When you decide to exchange the product, the shipping costs are for the customer. The new product will be send without shipping costs to you. You must return the product within 14 days from date of delivery to us.  JLM Lubricants is not liable for not registered packets that do not arrive.
 

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, this is possible, you can specify this when ordering. You can choose another address within 'My Cart'.
 

Do I receive an e-mail when my order is shipped?
Yes, you get kept informed by mail about the sending of your product. Furthermore, you will always receive a track & trace code.
